from services and supplies.
Yilan is on the coast, near the mouth of the Blyth River and consists
of about 6 houses belonging to Burarra
family groups, and one solar-powered public phone.
The people who live at Yilan from the Wurdeja, Ji-malawa and Yilan communities, rely on getting their supplies from Maningrida to
the west or Millingimbi ('mill-in-gim-bee')
to the east.
